Do I need a separate ShopCentral account?
No. Your ShopCentral presence is managed entirely from your existing ShopkeeperPOS profile — there’s no separate sign-up. Enable it from your profile and your store goes live on the marketplace.
How do customers find my store?
Once you publish to ShopCentral, your store appears to nearby customers browsing the app by category and location, with your catalog, hours, and ratings.
Who handles delivery?
Customers choose delivery or pickup at checkout. For delivery, a rider collects the order from you and takes it to the customer; for pickup, the customer collects it themselves. You just prepare the order.
How do I get paid?
Customer payments are processed through the platform and settled to you according to the payout details on your ShopkeeperPOS account.
What does it cost?
Any marketplace fees are shown in ShopkeeperPOS when you enable ShopCentral, so you can review them before you publish.
Can I pause or unpublish?
Yes. You can toggle ShopCentral off at any time from your ShopkeeperPOS profile — for example when you’re closed or too busy — and switch it back on whenever you like.
