Getting started

How do I get ShopCentral?

Download the ShopCentral app from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account with your email or phone number. You can be ordering in a couple of minutes.

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap Sign up. Enter your name, email, phone number and a password. We’ll send a one-time code to verify it’s you, and that’s it — you’re in.

Which areas do you cover?

Set your delivery address and the app will show the stores that are open and available around you. We’re adding new stores and areas all the time.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse a store, add items to your cart, choose delivery or pickup, confirm your address, and pay securely in the app. You’ll get updates as your order is prepared and on its way.

What’s the difference between delivery and pickup?

With delivery, a rider brings your order to the address you choose. With pickup, you collect it from the store yourself — handy if you’re nearby and want to skip the delivery fee.

How do I track my order?

Open the Orders tab and select your order to see its live status — from accepted, to preparing, to on the way or ready for pickup.

Can I save more than one address?

Yes. Save home, work, and anywhere else under Account → Delivery addresses, then pick the right one at checkout.

Payments & refunds

How do I pay?

You pay securely in the app at checkout. Payments are handled by our trusted payment provider — we never store your full card details.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel before the store accepts your order for a full refund. After the store has started preparing it, cancellation may not be possible or a fee may apply.

Something was wrong with my order — what do I do?

If an item is missing, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue, contact us through the app or by email as soon as possible and we’ll work with the store to make it right. Refunds, where due, go back to your original payment method.

Account & privacy

How do I manage notifications?

Order updates are sent as push notifications. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Delete my account in the app and confirm with your password. See our Account Deletion page for full details on what’s removed and retained.
